Saturday – 10-11am – Dingwall (my place) – Starts November 3rd
We will work with Fitballs (big balls), small Pilates balls, and small Pilates weighted balls.
Massage balls (both spiky for the body, and lacrosse ones for foot massage) will be used at the end of each session as well as foam rollers

Week 3. Weighed Balls
Week 4. Weighted Balls
Week 5. Pilates on the Ball (Fitballs)
Week 6. Pilates on the Ball (Fitballs)
The sessions will be run from my place in Dingwall on Saturdays 10-11am.
Your investment is £36 for a 6 Week Block of classes. Block bookings are preferred due to limited numbers in a session.
The classes are interchangeable providing spaces are available at other classes. You can jump from one class to another or do a couple of sessions a week if you would like to. If you miss a class you can always turn up to any of my other classes during that week instead.
