If you answer is YES then you are in the right place! We run mat and equipment based Pilates sessions. The equipment used in classes is : resistance bands, Pilates balls (both small Pilates balls and Fitness Balls), tennis balls for a foot massage, Pilates Rings, and Foam Rollers.

Natallia Maguire has been teaching Pilates since 2007 and holds Level 3 Diploma in PILATES and successfully completed Fitness Pilates Certification in 2006.
