If you answer is YES then you are in the right place! We run mat and equipment based Pilates sessions. The equipment used in classes is : resistance bands, Pilates balls (both small Pilates balls and Fitness Balls), tennis balls for a foot massage, Pilates Rings, and Foam Rollers.

TUESDAY – INVERNESS LEISURE CENTRE – 10am
TUESDAY – INVERNESS LEISURE CENTRE – 11:10am
TUESDAY – DINGWALL COMMUNITY CENTRE – 6pm
SATURDAY – DINGWALL – 10am
Both Tuesday 6pm & Saturday 10am Pilates classes will run in blocks of 4 sessions from January onwards. Both of them will be held at my Yoga Garage in Dingwall. Please message me to get directions to the venue.
Block 1 (January): FOAM ROLLERS
Block 2 (February): RESISTANCE & LOOP BANDS
Block 3 (March): SMALL PILATES BALLS
Your investment is £25 for a block of Consecutive 4 sessions
Alternatively you can purchase a 10 Class Pass for £55 (non consecutive)
(PAYG available, but block booking is preferable)
Both classes are interchangeable and if you can jump from one to another or attend both of them.
