The workshop is a combination of Pilates Flow and a deep restorative relaxing Yoga Practice to release, stretch and restore all the tight areas in your body and to relax your mind.
The Pilates part of the workshop will teach you the seamless sequencing promoting fluidity and flow in the session. Instead of isolating the moves they will be put together into a flowing sequence.
The session starts with a balance, core and back strengthening Pilates session and will finish off with 1 hr 15mins of Yoga.
The workshop is suitable for all levels and abilities. There’s literally nothing in the session that you are unable to do or slightly modify to your own level.
