I love making every session unique and special. I would love for you to be able to experience various types of Yoga to get your body used to move in different ways. Keeping you practice diverse will not just stimulate and strengthen your physical body, but will also keep your mind active. I’ve recently fallen in love with essential oils. It has been a game changer for me and my practice and I hope it has made a huge difference for all my lovely yogis. I select the scents that go with the theme of every practice and also with the season of the year.
Not a single practice you attend is similar to the previous one and all the workshops I run are themed around either some emotion, or certain aspect we focus on (backbends, balances or twists for example).
I love creating new themes and I am always very excited to trial new things in classes (especially if they go well): Yoga Nidra in Aerial Hammocks, pair work.
The sessions are playful and fun but at the same very much mindful and focus on both: Asanas (postures) and Pranayama (Breathing).
10am – 2pm
I’m inviting you to join me for a half day Yoga Session to give yourself a gift of self-love, to treat yourself to that special ‘me time’ that we all are craving so much living hectic busy lives.
Rose essential, Clary Sage & Frankincense oils will be used throughout the practice in a diffuser and a burner.
The length of the workshop is 4 hours and it will include both theory and practice.
Only 10 spaces will be released for the session to keep it small and interactive.
🌸Introduction to Ujjai and Nadi Shondana Breathing (for those who are not familiar with those types)
🌸Meditation & Pranayama (Breathing) incorporating these breathing techniques
🌸Flowing vinyasa sequences to create the heat and get the body moving.
🌸Theory: Finding your Dosha and how to balance it.
🌸Restorative Practice to wind down
🌸The session will conclude with a 30mins Yoga Nidra Practice (yogic sleep)
I am providing with light snacks, but if you prefer your own ones please take them with you.
Clary sage works to balance a wide range of negative emotions and may be especially helpful for women suffering from the effects of hormonal fluctuations during their menstrual cycles. Whether you’re feeling out of control due to anger and aggression or stressed out with excessive worry and anxiety, clary sage is a powerful essential oil that can help.
The session will be held in Dingwall on Sunday the 28th of April.
Early Bird Price – £27 (till March 7th)
(Goes up to £35 after the 7th of March)
The session is an open level practice and is suitable for beginners and those already practicing Yoga.
You are welcome to read some of the reviews about the workshops below:
I LOVED the session this morning Natalia💕I will definitely be back for more in 2019.👍Thanks for my Xmas crystal too….a lovely touch 💕
Thanks as always, worth getting up on a Sunday morning early for. Loving been back at yoga, not so bendy as I used to be, but much better shape than 6months ago xx
Sunday workshops are extremely energising. Two hours and sometimes more of deep stretching with Natalia sets me up for my week ahead. I feel less stressed and my joints are more fluid.
Natallia has a wealth of knowledge on every muscle in the body and takes you through step by step verbal and demonstrative asanas.
The room space is small but it has its benefits of being able to see the teacher at all times as opposed to a large hall where the demonstrations can sometimes be obscured.
Great personality and humour makes the sessions very enjoyable too.
As a yoga teacher myself, it is an honour and inspiration to attend Natallia’s classes. Her studio setting is calm and welcoming, with essential oils and relaxing music. I thoroughly enjoy every class I go to, as Natallia takes time to reflect on her own practice and this shows in her delivery of the vinyasa’s and asanas.
I particularly like the balances and the way Natallia structures the class to a theme. I often don’t have time to focus on my own practice, so to attend a class and have someone else guide you just enriches your own experience. The yoga nidra is one the most relaxing sessions I have been to and I have learned a great deal from Natallia herself, as she has an all-round and extensive knowledge of fitness.
If you have an opportunity, do take it.
