Pilates on a Foam Roller

***FREE Foam Roller and Half a Foam Roller to take Home With You***

I’ve been going through my stuff and found a whole bunch of foam rollers that we used to use in Pilates classes. That got me thinking and I thought about bringing them back for a short while.

Im going to offer you a 6 week Pilates on a Foam Roller Course (inclusive in your monthly/weekly/10 class passes) starting from the 24th of April.

What’s included?

⁃ Standing Balance Work on half a foam roller
⁃ Core Work and Balance Practice from the probe and supine positions incorporating both half and a full foam roller
⁃ Spine Strengthening
⁃ Muscle release

We will also use tennis balls for foot release and massage at the end of the class.

It is something different from what we have been doing for a while and if you sign up to the course I will give you a Foam Roller (small) and half a Foam Roller for Free!

Your Investment is £36 for 6 sessions. If you are unavailable to attend a session I will either send you a link to a pre recorded session that you can do at home or you can attend one of my Yoga classes instead (unless you want to carry the missed session forward).
