From September, 4th we are running a 6 week Pilates With a Resistance Band Course. Bands are great for both challenging the session or making the exercises more accessible for you.
You are more than welcome to attend the session as PAYG or by using a class pass, but I would encourage you to buy this as a 6 Week Block to commit to the sessions and to see how you progress over 6 weeks incorporating resistance bands into your weekly Pilates practice.
Those who are going to stick to all the 6 sessions will receive a FREE resistance band at the end of the course.
If you are unable to attend a session you can always up to any other Pilates or Yoga Session instead.
