We are inviting you to join us for a brand new 2 hour Pilates Practice with Foam Rolling and Therapy Balls. The first hour will be spent on working through Pilates exercises and the second hour will be dedicated to using foam rollers and therapy balls for self massage and trigger point release.
Therapy balls will be used for massaging and releasing the muscles in your legs, arms, gluteus, spine. We will also spent a considerable amount of time on foot massage. The video below demonstrates a few exercises you can practice to massage your feet.
I have been working with foam rollers and massage balls for a few years now. To my mind, they are one of the best self massage pieces of equipment out there: they are small and relatively inexpensive, which makes them easy to transport and store.
If you would like to purchase a set of balls please let me know so that I can order them for you.
I have all the equipment for the session, but you are more than welcome to bring your own rollers and therapy balls.
Your investment is £15 for a 2 Hour Session
