New Pilates Fundamentals 6 Week Block starts on Friday the 1st of November.
Friday 7:15pm – 8:30pm
We will start from the very basics and spend a lot of time on polishing off your alignment, breathing, posture and general body awareness. (Expect loads of pelvic tilts – once they become your friend – it’ll be a friend for life 🙂
I cannot stress enough how important these fundamentals are if you are planning on starting your Pilates journey.
The sessions are small group classes for me to correct you and also spend some 1-2-1 time with you to work around any injuries or other issues you might have.
You will get introduced to various Pilates equipment and props. I provide with all the equipment.
Online 34 Original Pilates Exercises course (with all the modifications), a few longer online Pilates practices and Pilates fundamentals are also included into the course. It is also available in a PDF format. Once you sign up I will email you the links to the online course. You get to keep all that information for life!
If you are unable to attend any of the group sessions you are welcome to join my weekly Pilates classes instead of the ones you have missed.
