6 week trial block of Vinyasa Flow Yoga starts on the 3rd of September from the Inverness Cameron Youth Centre.
*I’ll also be running Flow classes from my place in Dingwall on Saturdays 10:30am – 11:40am*
Flow Yoga is all about coordinating breath with a movement. It’s a moving practice which can be done at your own pace and adjusted to your own comfort level. The sessions will focus on mindfulness, alignment, movement, strength and flexibility with elements of fun & play.
Every session will begin with breathing and finish with relaxation or a short Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep).
We will be building up the sequences from basics to more challenging variations of the same poses. The Flow Sequences will mostly stay the same for 6 weeks with a few changes to spice the sessions up a bit. The reason behind this is for you to become comfortable with the practice and to know how to make it work for you. It will also help you notice the progress you have made with your practice in 6 weeks.
Your investment is £42 for a 6 week Block or £8 PAYG although I would really encourage you to book it as a block of sessions, although you are more than welcome to drop into the sessions whenever you can find time.
