Inverness Class is run as an ongoing session and you can jump in and out of the session any time throughout the year.
Dingwall Class: I’m going to trial – run a 4 session block of classes starting from the 7th of March in Dingwall (you can also do PAYG).
I would prefer if you could invest into a block of 4 sessions in both Inverness and Dingwall, as it is quite beneficial to attend more than a couple of classes to start getting the feel of the session and to start seeing some progress and understanding of yoga.
I have been thinking of the ways of running the sessions to optimise your experience in exploring as many aspects of yoga as possible.
I’ve decided to have a theme for each session. It doesn’t mean we are only going to be practicing the postures to go with that theme, but the main accent will be on a specific aspect or two.
We will also start doing a bit more breath and relaxation work and will explore a few different breath patterns as well as a very basic introduction to Chakras (Nothing too deep, but I can advise on where to get more knowledge on the above mentioned aspects to those who would like to learn more about this phenomenon)
The classes will run in blocks of 4 sessions to go with the 4 main themes they are going to be structured around:
1. Flow Yoga (Basic Level)
2. Yoga For Flexibility & Strength
3. Yoga For Open Shoulders and Hips
4. Yoga For a Healthy Back
Your investment is £26 for 4 sessions, £52 for 8 sessions or £8 for a PAYG 1 1/2 hour session.
I like keeping the sessions a bit diverse and although we would always go back to a few base postures in every session, there will always be something different for you to practice and explore.
