I’m inviting you to join me for a weekly long Wednesday night yoga practice in Dingwall.
*The session are suitable for all levels and abilities*
I would like you to feel like you are attending a mini workshop every time you come to the session. You can either join us for a one off session or invest into a block of 6 classes.

Each week we are going to focus on certain aspects. It doesn’t mean that all the rest of the elements are going to be taken out of the classes. It means that each class will focus just a tiny bit more on a certain aspect to make it fun and varied.
All the sessions will contain breath work, stretch, mobility, and flexibility aspects and a strong focus on alignment.
Yoga Practice is gentle and relaxing yet challenging.
All the sessions are 1 1/2 hour long so there’s plenty of time for some breath work and a good relaxation at the end of a class.
Session 1: August, 21st – Summer Warrior Flow: Gentle Yoga Flow & Stretch
- The practice is built around Warrior poses
- Nadi Shondana breathing (alternate nostril breathing)
Session 2: August, 28th – New Moon (30/08) Energy Flow
- General Mobility & Strength
- Intention Setting & Growth for a new moon phase.
Session 3: September, 4th – Twisted Flow & Breath
- Seated, standing and supine twists
- Twisting the four areas of the spine together & separately : cervical, thoracic, lumbar & sacral
Session 4: September, 11th – Full Moon (14/09) Rest, Restore & Surrender
Focus: Postures are held for longer to deepen into stretches, release what is no longer serving as the moon is almost at its full. Enter a new moon phase restored, relaxed and free from blocked stagnant energy.
Session 5: September, 18th – Root to Rise: Journey Through Chakras
Focus: Yoga practice to balance the 7 energy centres in the body with 15 mins of Yoga Nidra at the end
Session 6: September, 25th – Balance Flow
- Standing and seated balances.
- Core strength
- Drishti (focus))
Session 7: October, 2nd – Happiness Flow
- Postures balancing the third chakra (energy centre responsible for happiness, joy, emotions)
- Hip openers
Session 8: October, 9th – Umpada Dristi (Inward Gaze)
Focus: flowing through postures with closed eyes at various times throughout the practice to experience what yoga feels like rather than what it looks like.
I would like to create an 8 week Yoga Experience for you to learn something new, to perfect the existing knowledge and to be able to take something out of each practice and transfer it from the mat to your everyday life.
Essential oils and candles will be used throughout the sessions. If you are allergic to any scents please let me know.
Your investment is £50 for a Block of 6 Sessions to be used up within a school 8 week term. If you are attending weekly, the remaining 2 sessions of the term are £6 each.
*if you know in advance that you can only attend a few sessions in that block please let me know and I’ll tailor it for you*
Sessions are non refundable but are interchangeable with Saturday 1 1/2 Pilates classes (9:30am – 11am). If you are unable to attend a Wednesday Yoga class you can always join a Saturday Pilates one providing there’s a space.
