Starts the 22nd of January
The main accent is on improving mobility, flexibility and strengthening your back and core. The session is suitable for beginners and those who are already practicing yoga. It will benefit athletes, runners, hikers, cyclists etc as well as everyone else. Both men and women are welcome to join in!
(We will also practice some flow sequences and progressions to arm balances).

The session will run in blocks of 4 sessions or you can drop in any time.
Your investment is £26 for a 4 session block or £7 PAYG.
