I would like to test run a 4 week Yoga for Beginners Course covering all the basics and Fundamentals of 16 popular Yoga postures and breathing patterns.
The session will run as a small group to help you make it into a more personal experience and will give me a chance to make it into an individual experience for you.

The aim of the course is to give you the basic knowledge of the main Yoga postures for you to be able to practice yoga in a safe way and to be aware of how to get into the position, what you are stretching, the correct alignment and what variations of the posture you can opt for.
I will help you to find modifications of the 16 Yoga poses that will work specifically for you so that you can then apply these in your own practice.
This is a very straightforward and easy to follow course. We will be studying and deconstructing 4 Yoga Postures per session stripping them away to the basics and learning about:
1. The posture’s correct alignment
4. Anatomy and the muscles used and targeted in the posture,
5. Breathing pattern
6. Physical and spiritual awareness
7. Benefits of the posture.
You will also learn about different breathing patterns in each session.
Every lesson will finish with a short Yoga session to allow you apply the knowledge of the postures to your practice.
You will also have access to a very extensive online course with videos on all the postures, breathing and also 8 eye strengthening exercises. This will also include a very detailed PDF with everything you have learnt in sessions.
By signing up to the course you will be added to a private Facebook group and you can interact with myself or other people from the group, ask questions and feedback on anything you would like to improve or learn more about.
Your knowledge of the Yoga postures will help you to enjoy the longer practice more as you will be aware of how to get the most out of every position.
