Welcome to my YOGA page! Having practiced a few styles of yoga and having taught a similar discipline (UNITE) for a few years now, I qualified to teach YOGA in September 2015.
I only teach the disciplines I like and very passionate about. There is no particular style to the class, but we will always cover breathing, relaxation and will work on all the major muscle groups, incorporating gentle and effective stretch and mobility elements into every sessions. All classes will vary to some extent to keep the sessions more diverse and to give you a broader vision on many different aspects of Yoga.
I also like the flow…It is not a fast paced session, but my thinking is that making a smooth transition from one posture to another makes it into a more arty, graceful and ‘magic’ session.
Being a massive fan of CrossFit, strength training and mobility work I am very excited about exploring deeper how different postures, use of mobility tools, breathing etc. in Yoga could complement the above mentioned disciplines to enhance athletes’ performance. This is the area of Yoga that I will not be hugely exploring in general yoga sessions (I will touch on that without going into too much detail as I would like to keep it separate from the general Yoga sessions!)

We currently run one Yoga Session on Wednesday at 7:30pm from our place in Dingwall (message me for the location) and one in Inverness on a Monday night at Cameron Youth centre.
