What happens when Barre Concept and Fitball Fitness are fused into one workout? One high effective whole body workout happens!!
BARRE FIT is a combination of:
▶Ballet (little isometric contractions will get your thighs and gluteus burning)
▶Pilates (core and back strengthening),
▶Yoga (flexibility),
▶Conditioning (resistance training),
▶Swiss Ball exercises (core workout)
What equipment will we use?
– Ballet Barres
– Weighted Pilates Balls
– Weights
– Swiss balls
– Exercise Mats
– Resistance bands
Limited spaces available due to the size of the room and use of the equipment. Booking is essential to secure the space.

BARRE BOOTCAMP is a more intense, vigorous and challenging workout than my regular Barre Concept class. This rigorous routine incorporating elements of traditional barre workout, sports conditioning and cardio intervals is set to pump you up!
This is a 2 hour workshop comprising of a fusion of BARRE CONCEPT CLASS with THE FITBALL WORKOUT.
