Barre Workout with a difference. This is an extended Barre Class that will leave you a bit shaky, a bit sweaty, but totally awesome!
Barre is a low impact and high intensity workout that will shape up your legs, derriere and strengthen the core.
We will spend most of the time at the Barre and will finish off with a conditioning (light weights) and a core section.
