BARRE ‘FLOW & CORE’
A perfect mix of Ballet Stamina, Pilates Strength and Flexibility of Yoga
I’m very excited to bring you this NEW Version of the Barre session! The class is going to run in a slightly new format with more core and stretch elements added to it…and plentiful of Barre Work!
I am inviting you to join me for a taster session on the 29th of October at Dingwall Community Centre at 7:10pm. Your investment is £4 for the first session. If you like the workout you can then sign up for a block of 6 sessions.

Why Barre? Well, first of all because it’s awesome and original! Second of all, because it is the best low impact full body workout that can bring you fast results and strengthen and tone your body.
Combined with precision and core strength of Pilates and mindfulness and flexibility of Yoga it is a fantastic asset to your lifestyle! Pilates exercises will constitute the vast majority of the floor work part of the session. They help to strengthen the arms and core, open the chest and work on the flexibility and mobility of the spine and legs.
The class is done to upbeat music and includes a warm up, standing & floor barre section; floor section consisting of mostly Pilates based core exercises, a flexibility section and a cool down.
The equipment used in a class is mostly soft Pilates balls, resistance bands, weighted Pilates balls and of course, a ballet bar.
All my Barre Belles & Beaus will have access to a password protected page with weekly Barre Workouts that you can do throughout a week.

Your investment is £38 for a 6 Week Block or £7 PAYG.
If you are signing up to a block of sessions in week 2 or 3 of the term you can purchase a block of 4 Classes:
