‘Celebrating Winter Solstice’ at Highland Farm Cafe
Sunday 22nd of December
We are inviting you to join us for a morning of gentle Yoga Practice followed by coffee, tea and a blether at Highland Farm Cafe to celebrate Winter Solstice.
It is such a wonderful experience to practice yoga on the day of Winter Solstice watching the sun rising and enjoying the clarity, creativity and peace in both mind and body that an early morning practice brings. (The venue has underfloor heating, which is a lovely bonus at this time of the year!)
This is the time of the year when we let go of what no longer serves us and set intentions for the year ahead.
Enjoy beautiful views of Black Isle and scrumptious freshly baked scones/cakes or cooked breakfast after the Yoga Practice
We would love for you to join us for a Yoga Practice on this special day of the year!
Tea/Coffee and baking are included into the ticket price. If you would like to have cooked breakfast instead of baking please message me.
Highland Farm Cafe is a family run business situated between Dingwall and Evanton (on old Evanton road). It is an eco friendly place proud to serve delicious locally sourced food, freshly made cakes and home baking.
We meet at 8:15 am for an hour and a half of Yoga Practice followed by breakfast and a blether!
Your Investment is £20 (includes breakfast & a special gift)
If you have any questions please message us.
***The places are strictly limited***
Looking forward to seeing you on the mat!
