We are bringing new equipment to the classes: blankets (not for relaxation), & light weights
There will be some Myofascial Release Practice incorporated into the classes on a more or less regular basis

If you answer is YES then you are in the right place! We run mat and equipment based Pilates sessions. The equipment used in classes is : resistance bands, Pilates balls (both small Pilates balls and Fitness Balls), therapy balls for a foot massage, Pilates Rings, and Foam Rollers.

TUESDAY – Dingwall Community Centre – 6pm – 7:10pm
SATURDAY – Unit6Fitness Dingwall – 9:30am – 10:55am
Winter/Spring Tuesday Pilates Classes will be run in blocks of 5 Sessions giving you 6 weeks to use up your block. If you are attending weekly for all 6 weeks then I’ll give you the remaining session at £6. Our Tuesday Evening session is 70 minutes long from January 2020.

Block 2: February, 18th, February, 25th, March, 3rd, March, 10th, March, 17th, March, 24th
Saturday Pilates Classes will be run in blocks of 5 Sessions. The sessions are 80 minutes long.
Tuesday and Saturday Pilates sessions are interchangeable as well as Wednesday Yoga class. You are welcome to use your class pass to attend any of those sessions.
