If you answer is YES then you are in the right place! We run mat and equipment based Pilates sessions. The equipment used in classes is : resistance bands, Pilates balls (both small Pilates balls and Fitness Balls), therapy balls for a foot massage, Pilates Rings, and Foam Rollers.

TUESDAY – Inverness Leisure Centre – 10am
TUESDAY – Inverness Leisure Centre – 11:10am
TUESDAY – Dingwall Community Centre – 6pm
SATURDAY – Unit6Fitness Dingwall – 9:30am – 10:55am
Tuesday Pilates Classes will be run in blocks of 6 Sessions giving you 8 weeks (school term) to use up your block. If you are attending weekly for all 8 weeks then I’ll give you 2 remaining sessions at £5.
You can also purchase a block of 4 weeks if you are purchasing the block of session from week 2 or 3 of the term.
Saturday Pilates Classes will be run in blocks of 5 Sessions giving you 7 weeks to use up your block. If you are attending weekly for all 7 weeks then I’ll give you 2 remaining sessions at £6.
New Pilates Fundamentals 5 Week Block starts in February.
