This 5 week course is an introduction to Vinyasa Flow Yoga. The course is designed with those NEW to Yoga in mind. It is also designed to introduce you to the style of Vinyasa Flow Yoga. The session is perfect for total beginners and those already practicing Yoga.
What is Vinyasa Flow? In Vinyasa Practice we are stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.
It is a beautiful moving flowing practice. In our introduction to the style of Vinyasa we will break down the Sun Salutations and go over the most commonly used postures in this style of Yoga, learning proper alignment, modifications and use of props.
The session is run on Wednesday 6:15–7:20pm at Mulbuie Hall. There’s a Slow Flow Yoga Practice straight after (7:30pm – 8:45pm) and if you are attending the first session you can join us for the second class at £5 instead of £9.
