🌼ESSENTIAL YIN: KIDNEYS & URINARY BLADDER MERIDIANS🌼
Our first Yin Practice is based around Kidney (Yin organ) and Urinary Bladder (Yang Organ) meridians. Kidneys are considered to be the main organ according to Chinese medicine. They are thought to house our ESSENCE ENERGY. Kidneys are responsible for filtering and purification of blood. The Urinary Bladder Meridian is the longest one in the body.
