PILATES GOES ONLINE
I am delighted to welcome you to CREATIVE PILATES – series of 5-6 Sessions themed around using various equipment and also around other aspects: Small ball, Resistance Bands, Stability Ball, Light Weights, Sliding Discs, Yoga Blocks and also non equipment sessions.
I am adding a bit of a creative take on Pilates sessions to make them different, diverse and challenging.
Previous Pilates experience is not required, but you might want to go over the pilates posture, alignment, principals, and breath before you start. This additional session is added to every series of Pilates exercises.
The sessions are 20-30 minutes long and you can do them in your own time.
