This is the 3rd Beginners Yoga Course I am running.
I have added 2 brand new sessions to this Course: one on on Bandhas (what they are, how we engage them and what they are for) and one on Drishti and its types. I’ve also added one more type of breathing – Ujjayi breath.
🌟Bandhas – body locks. They offer support during a posture or in the transition between the movements.
They also help in directing the energy within a body.
