
Pilates Basics Online 6 Week Course
This is a guide to the basics and foundations of Pilates. It is like a ‘crash course’ on Pilates that will take you on a journey from learning about posture and breathing to the breakdown of the 34 original Pilates exercises and the use of equipment.
All the information is collected from various sources and topped up with my own 11 year experience in teaching Pilates.
Everything is grouped into 6 easy to follow sessions and you can always do them in your own time and order.
Every session will have a detailed PDF to go with it.
The course will cover the following aspects:
1. Breathing
2. Postural alignment
3. 34 Mat Exercises
4. Props in Pilates: small and fitness balls, resistance bands, weighted balls, massage balls, etc.
5. Modifications and alternatives
6. Balance Postures
7. Detailed PDF covering all the materials discussed during the sessions.
The course is suitable for both: complete beginners and those who are already practicing Pilates.
