We are super excited to invite you to join us for this brand new collaboration with Kirstin from

KG Scotland for an invigorating and refreshing morning of Pilates, Cold Water Swim and Sauna!

We will start with a moving, strengthening and warming one hour Pilates practice with myself and Kirstin will take over with a guided introduction to Cold Water Swim. This will include going over the risks, the benefits, top tips and how to keep yourself safe in water. 

  • Dryrobes will be available to hire on request

  • Kit provided to you: tow float, gloves, & hot water bottle

  • Welcome Gift from both of us

Snacks will be provided but pease bring a flask with a warming drink!

After your invigorating swim, unwind and rejuvenate in a beachside sauna (thanks to Highland Sauna!), where the heat envelops you in a cocoon of relaxation, promoting circulation and detoxification. Feel the tension melt away as you bask in the warmth and tranquility of the sauna, enhancing your overall well-being.

 

To complete this holistic experience, indulge in a selection of nourishing snacks and warming drinks!

Natallia Maguire is a Yoga and Pilates teacher and retreats facilitator with a passion for health and wellness. Since 2007, she has been guiding and empowering individuals on transformative journeys through her expertise in Yoga, Pilates, Dance and other health and fitness related activities.

Natallia’s love for open water swims, hikes, movement and mindfulness as well as all things outdoorsy, shines through in her retreats, creating a space for participants to connect with nature and themselves. Whether online or in person, Natallia’s offerings provide a holistic approach to well-being, helping individuals relax, rejuvenate, and thrive.

The session is strictly non refundable, but can be gifted to a friend. Refunds can only be issued if ALL the spaces are filled
