6. PDFs on breathing, alignment & 34 Original Pilates Exercises
7. Online Pilates Sessions on breathing, alignment & 34 Original Pilates Exercises
The sessions will run from the 1st of May for 4 weeks. If you are unable to attend a Wednesday session you can jump into any of my Pilates or Yoga classes instead and work on the online materials instead.

6:15pm – 7:30pm
The course is suitable for both: complete beginners and those who are already practicing Pilates.
