We are inviting you to join us for a morning of Winter Solstice Celebrations and our last mini retreat of the year!
Welcome the sunrise and enjoy this lovely Yoga practice surrounded by candles and aromas of essential oils!
This is the time of the year when we let go of what no longer serves us and set intentions for the year ahead. A little bit of time will be spent on journalling and setting intentions for a new year ahead while sipping on the Ceremonial Cacao.
Twists amongst other postures will be making appearances in the practice to help detox our body and mind. We will move and work with breath to let go of what no longer serves you, and create the space to breathe and welcome new energy into our lives.
The first session is a Gentle Yoga Flow to welcome the sunrise at around 9am. The sequences are kept slow and steady to help get the wellness benefits from the poses, soothe a busy mind and regulate your energy levels.
The second session is Yin Yoga & Mindfulness Practice with Soundbath with its long held postures, breath work and long relaxation.
Schedule for the Day:
8:45am - 9:30am - Arrival, Guided Meditation and Journalling while welcoming the sunrise
9:30am - 10:30am - Gentle Flow Yoga Practice
10:30am - 11:10am - Breakfast
11:15am - 12:15pm - Yin Yoga & Soundbath
***The timings are approximate, but we always try to stay within +/-10 minutes of the scheduled times.
This is an open level yoga practice suitable for everyone.
Please bring your yoga mat and a blanket. If you have Yoga Blocks please do take them with you as well.
***This is our 6th Winter Solstice Yoga Practice and all of these have always been absolutely wonderful!

What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a gentle practice that focuses on holding poses for a longer duration, allowing you to deepen your flexibility, release tension, and cultivate mindfulness. It promotes relaxation, enhances circulation, and targets the deeper connective tissues of the body.

What is a Soundbath?
A Soundbath is a therapeutic experience that uses various instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other soothing sounds. The resonating vibrations from these instruments help to relax your body, calm your mind, and restore balance, providing a harmonious healing experience.

What to Expect
During the you can expect a nurturing and tranquil atmosphere to help you connect with the essence of the season: candles, seasonal essential oils aromas and a mini self care gift for the practice.

Who Can Attend?
The Practice is open to everyone, regardless of age or experience level. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this session is designed to cater to your needs. Come as you are, with an open heart and a curious mind.
Spaces are limited for this captivating Practice, so we encourage you to reserve your spot as soon as possible.
***Due to small numbers, the session is non refundable, but can be sold or gifted to a friend. If we manage to fill up your space full refund will be issued. Alternatively you will be offered a Private 1 hr session with myself (+ your self care gift for the practice).
