We are inviting you to join us for a 5 Week YIN journey exploring 5 main Yin/Yang organ pairs, their Meridians and 5 elements that correspond to each pair. Every practice starts with around 10 minutes of breath work (pranayama). Various breath techniques will be explored throughout our 5 practices.
The 5 Practices in the Series are:
- Yin for Kidney & Urinary Bladder
- Yin for Heart & Small Intestine
- Yin for Lungs & Intestine
- Yin for Spleen & Stomach
- Yin for Liver & Gallbladder
Every week we will be working on one Yin/Yang Organ Pair and learning everything about it: meridians, anatomical, physiological, emotional qualities, etc. + suggested selection of essential oils will be added to the list with an explanation of why we use them and what they can do for us. If you would like to purchase oils or a ready made blend please let me know and I will make one for you.
Essential Oils have been a huge part of my Yoga Practice and I will also add a description of what essential oils you might want to diffuse, spray on the mat or the props or apply topically during the practice to enhance the results of the practice based on the organ pair we are working with. I love creating a special space for my practice by diffusing Essential oils, burning incense sticks and lighting candles. It always takes your practice to the next level and creates that special ‘me time’ that we all crave.
Therapy balls will be used in a couple of practices (optional) to amplify the effect of the practice.
I will add more information on the YINsights of Yin practice on here soon: meridians, anatomy, and everything else. Every week there will be a Blog Post created dedicated to a specific Yin/Yang Pair that we are working on that specific week.
Yin is a wonderful way to balance our Yang dominant lifestyle. You do not need to know all the insides about the Chinese meridians and elements etc. to enjoy the practice. It is just something extra that can give you a little bit more of an inside into the Practice.
All the sessions will be recorded and available to purchase for your home practice.
At the end of our 5 week journey you will have a collection of 5 practices to choose from. It will be combined into an Essential YIN package available too purchase from www.natalliasfitness.com

💚Really enjoyed the class Not sure my poses were good but it was relaxing and now drinking lots of water
💚It was a very good class Natallia Maguire-great to start to understand meridians etc. I didn’t feel a vibration from the bowls but the sound was very soothing. Well done on putting all that together for us 👏🥰
💚That was an excellent session tonight, thank you 😍 I couldn’t believe the time when we finished, it felt like 30 minutes, not 2 hours 😅 x
💚Loved it tonight. Feel so relaxed after the session 💕
💚I liked the bowls. I found their soft sounds helped me to focus on breathing and relaxing into the pose, and my thoughts did not wander. I liked being in the poses for minutes at a time. I felt energised and refreshed as well as calm. I put that down to all the oxygen flowing everywhere with the calm breathing. I feel that I should incorporate at least some of it into a regular practice, say weekly. I might. The more I do, the more I have to think about. I love that.
