Mulbuie Hall – Wednesday – 7:30pm – 9pm
I’m inviting you to join me for a weekly long Wednesday night yoga practice in Mulbuie.
I would like you to feel like you are attending a mini workshop every time you come to the session. You can either join us for a one off session or invest into a block of 6 classes.
All the sessions will contain breath work, stretch, mobility, and flexibility aspects and a strong focus on alignment.
Yoga Practice is gentle and relaxing yet challenging.
We are moving into a colder season leaving the warmth of summer months behind us. More physical and spiritual nourishment is needed this time of the year to keep our bodies and minds in sync, and to be ready to meet this colder and gloomier season with its longer nights and shorter days on a more positive note.
Our Autumn Yoga Block is centred around Flow Practice – gentle flow combining postures held for a few long breaths with nice and gentle flow sequences to mobilise your body and create some much needed heat.
This is an open level practice suitable for all levels and abilities. Modifications and alternatives will be given to those who might need to take them on the day.
All the sessions are 1 1/2 hour long so there’s plenty of time for some breath work and a good relaxation at the end of a class.

Session 1: October, 30th – Hip Openers & Healthy Hamstrings Slow Flow (Focus on Hip Opening sequences and Hamstring Stretches)
Session 2: November, 6th – Slow Flow & Lower Body MFR (Myofascial Release) at the end
Session 3: November, 13th – Slow Flow & Upper Body MFR (Myofascial Release) at the end
Session 4: November, 20th – Balance Slow Flow (Focus on Balances & Drishti)
Session 5: November, 27th – Healthy Spine Slow Flow (Focus on Backbends & Chest openers)
Session 7: December, 11th – Strong Slow Flow (Focus on Breath, Core & Spinal Strength)
Session 8: December, 18th – Release, Restore, & Connect 2 Hour Special Winter Solstice session

Essential oils, incense sticks and candles will be used throughout the sessions. If you are allergic to any scents please let me know.
Your investment is £50 for a Block of 6 Sessions to be used up within a school 8 week term. If you are attending weekly, the remaining session will be £6, and the last 2 hour special Winter Solstice Practice is £10 for all my regular yogis (£15 for everyone else).
If you are purchasing a block of sessions in week 2 or 3 of the term you can sign up for 4 classes instead of 6:

Sessions are non refundable but are interchangeable with Saturday 1 1/2 Pilates classes (9:30am – 11am). If you are unable to attend a Wednesday Yoga class you can always join a Saturday Pilates one providing there’s a space.
