Ease & Release Yoga & Myofascial Release Workshop
11am – 1:30pm
We are inviting you to join us for a Yoga & Myofascial Release Workshop.
The first part of session will focus on creating stability in the hips, hip openers, hamstrings and shoulder mobility.
Therapy balls will be used in the 2nd part of the session for a full body Myofascial release. You are more than welcome to make notes or take pictures to help you remember the Myofascial Release sequences.
Spaces are limited due to the use of equipment. If you have a set of your own therapy balls please bring them with you.
Your Investment is £25 for a 2 1/2 hour session
If you would like to incorporate Self Myofascial Release into your weekly routine I would highly recommend to invest in a set of good therapy balls. Message me and I will let you know which ones you should purchase.
The session would benefit anyone from a stay at home mums to athletes and sports fanatics.
