Natalia is a total inspiration. Taken up her yoga classes a bit late in life (60+) but she makes you so welcome and caters for different abilities. She is very dedicated to her profession, posting teachings and encouragement online on a daily basis. One of the most lovely, hard working instructors you could wish to find
